The separation of Christianity from Judaism began with the teachings of Jesus of Nazareth, who was seen as a radical figure within the Jewish community. His teachings and claims to be the Messiah led to conflict with the religious authorities of the time. After his crucifixion and resurrection, his followers, known as the early Christians, began to spread his message to non-Jews, leading to the formation of a distinct religious community separate from Judaism. This process was further solidified by the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 CE and the growing theological differences between Christianity and Judaism. **

People of various ethnic backgrounds can convert to Judaism and become part of the Jewish community, demonstrating that it is not solely tied to a specific ethnicity. Additionally, there are Jews from diverse ethnic backgrounds, including Ashkenazi, Sephardic, Mizrahi, and others, further illustrating that Judaism is not limited to one ethnicity. **

Judaism has evolved over time through various movements and interpretations, but its core beliefs and practices remain rooted in its ancient origins. **
